The 8th Annu­al Light up the Vines Returns to Sum­mer­land!

Winer­ies, Cideries, a Brew­ery & Dis­tillery open their doors Nov.24, Dec. 1 & 2 from 3–8pm.

Bot­tle­neck Dri­ve mem­bers includes 20 winer­ies, 3 cideries, 1 brew­ery and 1 dis­tillery; invite guests to cel­e­brate the sparkle of the hol­i­day sea­son with the 8th annu­al ‘Light up the Vines’ event.

Our mem­bers look for­ward to Light up the Vines each year as it is a great way to kick off the hol­i­day sea­son.”says Bot­tle­neck Dri­ve Asso­ci­a­tion Pres­i­dent, Julian Schole­field. “It’s excit­ing to have so many guests come out to see our vine­yards, orchards and tast­ing rooms — all lit up for the hol­i­days. We urge peo­ple to taste respon­si­bly and pre-plan their evening by book­ing a tour com­pa­ny in advance or using a des­ig­nat­ed dri­ver.”

Vis­i­tors will enjoy tast­ings, food pair­ings, hol­i­day dec­o­ra­tionssea­son­al refresh­ments, fes­tive food for pur­chase, out­door fires and music, as well as spe­cial offers on some of the region’s best wines, ciders and beer; just in time for hol­i­day enter­tain­ing and gift-giv­ing. *Tast­ing fees may apply.

Col­lect five stamps from mem­bers to com­plete a ‘Light up the Vines’ pass­port and be entered to win a prize pack­age val­ued at over $500.

Look for Bot­tle­neck Dri­ve mem­bers pour­ing deli­cious wines, ciders and beer dur­ing Summerland’s 30th annu­al Fes­ti­val of Lights on Fri­day, Nov. 30 in down­town Sum­mer­land along Main Street. *tast­ing fee will be col­lect­ed as a dona­tion for the Sum­mer­land Food bank.
